My online coaching program is currently open for anyone from anywhere in the world who’s interested in gaining muscle and/or losing body fat. You can also apply if you need help with your diet and/or training for a physique competition, such as Bodybuilding or Body Fitness, or if you need help with nutrition and recovery for your specific sport.
There are currently several spots open. We will close the program once all available spots has been taken.

How does it work?

Online Coaching Weight Training and Diet

If you've been accepted, you will receive an extensive form to fill out, in which I can assess exactly what your needs and goals are.
We will then work together to help you achieve those goals, while meeting all the needs (and possible restrictions) of your lifestyle.
I will help you with training programs and nutritional plans (and meals) that will fit into your daily schedule and personal preferences.
While I will do my best to fit everything into your lifestyle, please be aware that going after your goals is never simple. You will have to do some sacrifices. You will have to train for about an hour a day, five to six times a week, depending on your goals.
If you need help for a physique competition, be prepared to sacrifice even more of your time.

You will commit to a minimum of 8 weeks of coaching. The first four weeks will be paid in advance, because I don’t want to spend time on someone who isn’t serious about reaching their goals. Once you’ve paid for your first four weeks, you will receive everything you need within a week.

You will get access to a hidden online forum where you can post your progress, pictures, measurements, and ask questions. This will keep everything you and I need within a single place and eliminate the hassle of e-mails.
Each month, you’ll be given a personalized training program based on our assessment and your progress. Your meal plans will change depending on where you are relative to your goals. With constant support and feedback, I’ll be able to make the necessary adjustments and speed your progress along.

You will learn how to make food choices, how to prepare the right foods, and how to deal with emergency situations when life gets in the way of your diet and/or training. This is a golden opportunity for you to learn more about yourself and your body.

Please note: if you apply for help with only nutrition, I will still give you guidelines concerning your workout nutrition and I will need information about your training. And if you only want help with your training, I will still give you guidelines about your workout nutrition (and I will need some information about your diet).

  • Fully detailed Training programs with daily training sheets start at $165.00 USD (1399 SEK) for the first month and $129.00 USD (1099 SEK) a month thereafter.
  • Fully detailed Nutrition programs with several meal plans to choose from (including training nutrition) start at $235.00 USD (1999 SEK) for the first month and $189.00 USD (1599 SEK) a month thereafter.
  • Full combined programs (both training and nutrition) start at $365.00 USD (3099 SEK) and $295.00 USD (2499 SEK) a month thereafter.

If you sign up for 3 to 4 months, you'll get a 5% discount from the second month. If you sign up for more than 4 months, you'll get a 7% discount.

Extra: as a client, you'll get a 10 % discount on all supplements and clothes at MM Sports in Sweden, you'll also get at temporarily free subscription to my Classic Muscle Newsletter.
